How far ahead should I order return gifts?
Two to three weeks before your function is safest. Everything is handmade to order (a pre-order), and we start once you have paid. Most items take about 5 days to make, plus shipping, and larger orders add 5 days for every full 25 pieces. Enter your function date on any product page to see if it will arrive in time.
Do you give discounts for large quantities?
Yes. Return gifts get 5% off at 25+, 10% off at 50+, 15% off at 100+ pieces, applied automatically in your cart.
Can I add names, dates or my own colors?
Yes. Most pieces have a personalization box on the product page. For anything else, add a note or ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Some products say “pricing upon request”. Why?
Those are fully custom, so the price depends on size and detail. Send a request from the product page or the custom orders page and we reply within one business day.
Do you ship outside Texas?
Yes, anywhere in the US: $8 flat, free over $50.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, free local pickup in Round Rock, TX (north Austin area). We confirm every pickup order personally and share the pickup address with you directly.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe's secure checkout.
